Anyone know anything about the Peg Perego Lite Stroller?

I want the Pliko3 for my 14 month old but the price is a bit up there. Many features I love but my favorite is the sun shade that pulls down really far but still allows him to see out.
I have seen the Peg Perego Lite Strollers online from last year which I would get anyways, love the anice color… anyways, I’ve read good and bad things about them but the price is 1/3 of what the Pliko3 is. My only concern is the handle bar height and the sun shade.
I’m 5′2 barely and most strollers are just too tall for me to be comfortable. The lite doesn’t have adjustable handles but are they low enough already for my height?
Also the sun shade, does it come down really far or does it only pull down as far as the photo’s show online?
Our babiesrus carries the Pliko3 which is why I love it so much, got to test it out. But not one place around here has the Peg Perego Lite in stock for me to go look at. Any opinions on the Lite stroller compared to the Pliko3?
I have looked at used ones but the color I want seems to not be popular and I can’t find it used. It’s the Anice. I have seen them on ebay. Both the lite and pliko3, lite is under $150 and the pliko3 is about $250. Both are including shipping and could be a bit more but that’s the average cost I’ve found.
I forgot to mention that me personally, I like the strollers without the tray in front. I know the Pliko3, you can remove the tray but I don’t like the look of the stroller when you remove the tray. I do love the look of the lite though.
