Traveling with a stroller on an airplane?

I’m traveling with my 6 month baby, and I’m wondering if I can bring my stroller onto the airplane or should I check it in? The stroller I have is the Chicco C5 Umbrella Stroller. If I bring it on the airplane, where do I store it? Can I put it in the overhead bin? Does it fit? Or does the stewardess take it?
