Sightseeing in Brussels with a babypram/stroller?

Would it be easy to use a pram on the buses and trains of Brussels.
Or do we need to fold it each and every time we get into a bus or a train or metro?
We have a big wheeled pram(which has a big basket,hood,etc) and a very simple pram(buggy).
Incase we need to fold it many times we would opt for the simple one otherwise the other one is good as it has its own advantages.
Kindly help with this..
